Welcome to Aircon Master (“Aircon Master”). The App is operated by Aircon Master Myanmar Co.,Ltd. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions . If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the Aircon Master, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Account Registration: To access certain features of the Aircon Matster, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
2.3 User Responsibilities: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to share your password with any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.1 Description of Services: The Aircon Master App provides home equipment maintenance services. The services are subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided in the Aircon Master App.
3.2 Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any services provided through the App at any time, with or without notice.
4.1 Pricing: Certain services provided through the App may be subject to fees. All fees are listed in the App and are subject to change at our discretion.
4.2 Payment Terms: You agree to pay all applicable fees for services you purchase through the App. Payments are due at the time of purchase.
5.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to :
Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Engaging in fraudulent activities.
Infringing on any third party’s rights.
Distributing malware or other harmful software.
Spamming or engaging in any other disruptive behavior.
6.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed in the App are the property of Aircon Master Myanmar or its licensors.
6.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.1 No Warranty: The App and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aircon Master Myanmar Co.,Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
